Rumah Selangorku Pangsapuri Cenderawasih at Setia Eco Templer open for registration

PETALING JAYA (March 4): S P Setia Bhd has opened 900 Rumah Selangorku units at its Setia Eco Templer township at Templer's Park, Selangor for registration today.

The apartment units at Pangsapuri Cenderawasih have three different built-ups – 700 sq ft, 800 sq ft and 1,000 sq ft. They are priced at RM42,000, RM150,000 and RM220,000 respectively.

“Being Malaysia’s leading property developer, we are committed to nurture a balanced community where families can enjoy living based on our development philosophy of ‘LiveLearnWorkPlay’,” said S P Setia chairman Tan Sri Dr Wan Mohd Zahid Mohd Noordin in a statement released today following the launch of the Rumah Selangorku project which was officiated by Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali.

One of the recipients of the units, Mohd Shafiq Mohd Zolkfali said: “My family is so happy that our application was approved. We have always dreamt of owning a home in a Setia township and today, our dream came through.”

Eight applicants were presented with their Letters of Offer by Azmin during the launch. 

Spanning 194 acres of leasehold land, Setia Eco Templer is a gated-and-guarded township comprising a mix of residential and commercial properties. 

Setia Eco Templer is a joint-venture between Setia Eco Templer Sdn Bhd and Cash Band (M) Bhd and has a gross development value of RM2 billion.
