SINGAPORE (April 4): Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management, the manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust, announced Monday that FCT MTN has issued S$90 million (RM285.5 million) of 2.365% notes due 2020 comprised in Series 011 under its S$1 billion Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme.

FCT MTN issued the notes as a wholly-owned subsidiary of HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore), in its capacity as trustee of FCT. The Series 011 Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the trustee.

Unless previously redeemed, purchased, or cancelled, the notes shall mature on April, 2020.

DBS Bank has been appointed as global coordinator and joint lead manager of the Series 011 Notes, while CIMB Bank has been appointed as joint lead manager.

The notes have been assigned a “BBB+” rating by Standard & Poor’s Rating Services. — theedgemarkets.com.sg
