KUALA LUMPUR (May 30): Voir Holdings Bhd shares, which hit a one-year high of 85 sen recently, are back on the uptrend after the group said it is considering diversifying into construction and logistics.

At 2.46pm, Voir's share price was up four sen or 5.23% at 80.5 sen with 222,600 shares done for a market capitalisation of RM116.88 million. In a year, the stock has risen 24.6%.

Yesterday, the fashion apparel company's chairman, Datuk Zarul Ahmad Mohd Zulkifli, said the board is looking at synergising the construction and logistics businesses to enhance shareholder value.
