S P Setia presents exclusive Raya evening with AFC’s Sherson Lian

RAWANG (July 11): S P Setia Bhd celebrated the Raya festive season last Wednesday with some 150 invited guests comprising valued purchasers (Citizen Setia), bankers and members of the media at an exclusive Raya evening featuring Asian Food Channel’s celebrity Chef Sherson Lian.

Held at the Templer’s Ballroom in Setia Eco Templer in Rawang, guests indulged in a four-course dining experience exclusively presented by Lian including dishes such as Black Mussels in Coconut Milk and Turmeric Curry with Tapioca and Purple Potato; Chili Assam Prawns served with Grilled Asparagus, Thai Basil and Radish flowers; and a Lamb Shank Rogan Josh.

The chef also gave a cooking demo of the Chili Assam Prawns.

Also present at the event, which was set to the company’s Raya theme this year, “Hati Dibuka Kasih Dikongsi”, were the top management of S P Setia led by president and chief executive officer Datuk Khor Chap Jen.
