PETALING JAYA (July 20): Mah Sing Group Bhd has launched its M Vertica Sales Gallery located in Cheras today, showcasing two fully furnished show units to potential homebuyers.

The 11.25-acre plot, which was purchased at RM263.48 million or RM538 psf, is situated 800m from Sunway Velocity Mall and has an estimated gross development value of RM2.2 billion. The proposed development plan for M Vertica includes retail shops and residential suites indicatively priced from RM450,000 or about RM530 psf.

The residential suites will have built-ups starting from 850 sq ft, targeting first-time homebuyers, working professionals, young families and upgraders who are looking to live in the vicinity of the city centre, said the developer in a statement today.

Meanwhile, the existing Stadium Badminton Kuala Lumpur will be relocated right behind the development and will be made available for the community’s use.

“As a property developer, Mah Sing always has the best interest of the community. It can be clearly seen in the development of M Vertica.

“They are not only building affordably priced homes for easy homeownership, but are also relocating the Stadium Badminton KL which has been around since 1990 for the rakyat’s needs.

“We would like to applaud Mah Sing’s effort for always thinking of the rakyat’s needs and we hope there will be more developments from other developers which will benefit the community,” said Minister of Federal Territories Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor who officiated the launching of the sales gallery.

Mah Sing group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said M Vertica has very good accessibility as it is near various public transport infrastructure.

“The Maluri MRT and LRT interchange is only 600m or seven minutes’ walk and the Taman Pertama MRT station is only 800m or 10 minutes’ walk from M Vertica.

“It is also easily accessible via Jalan Cheras and is only 300m away from the Besraya Highway. Good accessibility will definitely enhance the lives of our buyers,” he said.

Within 5km, M Vertica residents can access the Prince Court Medical Centre, Pantai Hospital Ampang, Hospital University Kebangsaan Malaysia, SMK Perempuan Pudu, SK Convent Jalan Peel, SMK Seri Bintang Selatan, Naam Kheung Chinese National School, Royal Selangor Golf Club, Aeon Big Peel Road, Aeon Maluri, Viva Home and more.

M Vertica is also easily accessible via major thoroughfares and expressways including Jalan Loke Yew, Jalan Pudu, Jalan Tun Razak, SMART tunnel, KL-Seremban Highway, Besraya Eastern Extension Expressway, New Pantai Expressway and Maju Expressway.

Upcoming major developments such as Bandar Malaysia, Tun Razak Exchange and Merdeka PNB118 — which will boost the growth of population and community as well as of the area in the future — are just within 8km from M Vertica, added Mah Sing.
