Singapore moves up to 35th, its highest ever position in global liveability rankings by EIU

SINGAPORE (Aug 16): Singapore has become more liveable than Hong Kong, according to the latest findings of The Economist Intelligence Unit's Global Liveability Ranking.

This time around, Singapore jumped 11 spots in the annual list, ranking 35th on the back of improving educational attainment indicators which have seen Singapore top the global OECD PISA survey.
