SHAH ALAM (Aug 21): The Selangor State Development Corp (PKNS) is offering cash incentives of between RM4,000 and RM10,000 to those who introduce its properties to buyers through the MyPKNS Incentive Programme.

Its chief executive officer Noraida Mohd Yusof said the incentives, which were divided into three categories which began yesterday until Dec 31, 2018, are expected to further boost the sale of PKNS’ properties.

She said the incentives were the gold incentive offering a RM10,000 reward to those introducing real estate valued at RM1 million and above; the silver incentive (RM6,000 for properties priced between RM400,000 and RM1 million); and the bronze incentive (RM4,000 for properties valued below RM400,000).

“The incentive can be claimed by the introducer after the buyer has fulfilled the conditions, including completing the sale and purchase agreement and its stamping, and signing a bank loan approval letter.

“The introducer has to bring the proof to the PKNS office in order to claim the incentive,” she told reporters after launching the MyPKNS Incentive Programme in conjunction with the PKNS Property Exhibition at the PKNS Complex here yesterday.

The exhibition began yesterday and will end on Aug 27. — Bernama
