Vizione bags RM465m affordable homes, shoplots project

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 10): Vizione Holdings Bhd has bagged a contract worth RM465 million to construct five blocks of affordable homes and 14 shoplots.

In a filing yesterday, Vizione said its unit Wira Syukur (M) Sdn Bhd had on Oct 9 accepted a letter of award from Hektar Aneka Sdn Bhd for the project.

It said the project is expected to commence this month and to be completed within 40 months from the commencement date.

Vizione said the project was an expansion of its current customer base.

"It further enlarges the group's order book and is expected to provide a steady stream of revenue for the group over the next four years," it said.

At 10.13am, Vizione rose 3.33% or 0.5 sen to 15.5 sen with 16.73 million shares done. — theedgemarkets.com
