PETALING JAYA (Oct 11): Sime Darby Property Bhd is launching the first phase of Elmina Green, comprising 187 units of 2-storey terraced homes at City of Elmina, this Saturday (Oct 14).

The freehold 20ft by 70ft houses will have a built-up area from 2,001 sq ft, while prices start from RM683,888 before the bumiputera discount and early signing rebates are applied, with completion slated for October 2019.

“We are proud to launch the first phase of Elmina Green, another outstanding residential development at the City of Elmina. We are confident of Elmina Green phase 1 repeating the success of other hot-selling developments offered by the township as it presents the same high-quality workmanship, design and value,” said Sime Darby Property general manager Appollo Leong in a press release today.

“As developers in a modern and discerning property market, Sime Darby Property strives to be the leading developer of communities, neighbourhoods and homes with great value, meaning and emotional attachment. We extended this spirit once again in the development of Elmina Green phase 1,” he added.

All of Elmina Green’s first phase homes will feature an open-plan floor layout that combines the living, dining and kitchen areas “to optimise the usage of space and for ease of movement, making it an ideal home for multigenerational living”, said the group in its statement.

Elmina Green will also have a 21-acre lake park and five acres of communal green space for recreational purposes, in addition to jogging and cycling tracks.

With an estimated GDV of RM380 million, Elmina Green phase 1 will be surrounded by amenities such as public and private schools, hospitals, retail and recreational facilities.

The 5,000-acre City of Elmina is located along the Guthrie Corridor Expressway and has an estimated total GDV of RM24.6 billion.

It includes four townships — Denai Alam, Bukit Subang, Elmina East and Elmina West.

Its standout features include the 300-acre Elmina Central Park and a 90km cycling and jogging track that is one of the longest in the country.
