KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 31): Vizione Holdings Bhd has bagged a RM401 million contract to build four blocks of office suites in Jalan Sunway Semenyih, Ulu Langat, Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Vizione said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wira Syukur (M) Sdn Bhd, has accepted a letter of award from Paragon Hemisphere Sdn Bhd for the proposed project.

“The award covers two phases whereby Phase 1 is to construct two blocks of office suites, namely Block A (40-storey) and Block B (34-storey). Phase 2 of the project is to construct another two blocks of office suites, namely Block C (42-storey) and Block D (36-storey),” it added.

Phase 1 of the proposed project will take 36 months to complete, while construction work on Phase 2 will begin on May 1, 2018.

Vizione shares closed up 0.5 sen or 3.13% at 16.5 sen yesterday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM583.85 million.
