Perfect Eagle partners REAL Education Group to set up preschool centre at O2 Residence

PETALING JAYA (Nov 7): Perfect Eagle Development Sdn Bhd has signed an agreement with REAL Education Group last Friday (Nov 3) to open a REAL Kids preschool centre at its O2 Residence development in Puchong South, Selangor. The centre is slated for opening in January 2018.

Launched in 2015, the 13.54-acre O2 Residence comprises 508 serviced apartments with a range of modern amenities and services.

“With many young families set to call this place home, the convenience of preschool education right at their doorstep would surely add value to their overall lifestyle. In fact, this is the first time we are partnering a preschool provider to open a centre within one of our residential projects.

“We are pleased to have a home-grown brand like REAL Kids which we believe would help strengthen our footing as a property developer that is progressive, community-centric and a proponent of sustainable living,” said Perfect Eagle Development CEO Puan Sri Su Bee Leng in a statement.

The developer added that the inclusion of REAL Kids’ unique brand of preschool education illustrates Perfect Eagle Development’s commitment towards advocating progressive ideas that are affordable without compromising on quality.

According to REAL Education Group president Ee Ching Wah, the collaboration between both parties is “a fitting and mutually beneficial one”.

“It also marks a milestone for being our first REAL Kids preschool to be set up within a serviced residence. Most of our purpose-built centres are housed on landed properties. We will continue to offer enriching lessons and activities such as swimming, gymnastics and more.

“O2 City has proven to be an attractive proposition for REAL [Education Group] to venture into the Puchong South market for the first time. It has opened new opportunities for growth while enabling both parties to meet their respective markets’ demands,” he said.
