KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 9): Gamuda Land’s The Robertson mixed development at Jalan Robertson, Kuala Lumpur has recorded 80% sales to date.

The project, which was first intoduced in 2014, is slated for completion in April 2018.

Situated on a 3-acre freehold land in KL city centre, The Robertson comprises two residential towers and one commercial complex.

With a GDV of RM878 million, both residential towers house a total of 793 serviced apartment units with built-ups between 527 sq ft and 1,227 sq ft. Prices start from RM895,000 for an unfurnished unit while furnished units are priced at RM990,800 onwards.

“Using the principle of town-making, we embarked on creating a home at The Robertson amidst the bustling city, providing our community with a cosy and comfortable home, yet with the means to easily connect to their workplace and other conveniences such as shopping, eating, wellness and learning,” said Gamuda Land chief operating officer Ngan Chee Meng at the opening of The Robertson new lifestyle gallery today.

“Our aim at The Robertson is to create a vertical community where residents have a strong sense of belonging,” he added.

Menawhile the 10-storey commecial complex, also known as GM Bukit Bintang, as well as 21 units of shoplots, will open for business end-April 2018.

The Robertson’s general manager Cheo Yuan Ping told EdgeProp.my that the commercial complex and shop units will be leased out by Gamuda Land allowing it to manage the tenant mix.

Facilities at The Robertson include a 50m Olympic-length pool, rooftop Jacuzzi, sky garden, BBQ area and children’s playground while nearby amenities include Tung Shin Hospital, The Royal Selangor Golf Club, Lot 10, Pavilion KL, KLCC, Pudu Sentral, Plaza Rakyat LRT (Light Rail Transit) and Hang Tuah LRT stations.

Ngan said the developer will be focusing on its township developments in the near future such as the 800-acre Gamuda Gardens north of Sungai Buloh and the 257-acre twentyfive.7 near Kota Kemuning.

“And in six months’ time, we are also looking to launch another new township at the south of Klang Valley — Gamuda Cove,” he said.
