EcoWorld's Eco Business Park 1 wins at Malaysia Property Award 2017

PETALING JAYA (Nov 25): Eco Business Park 1 (EBP 1) by Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) won in the industrial category at the Malaysia Property Award 2017 tonight.

"We are delighted and honoured to receive this great recognition from FIABCI Malaysia. This is also a first for EcoWorld in several aspects. It is our first Malaysia Property Award and Eco Business Park 1 is also EcoWorld's first business park in our business park series," said its president and CEO Datuk Chang Khim Wah.

"This win is truly gratifying and is a testament to Team EcoWorld's commitment in building world-class developments along with unmatched service standards as we continue on our journey of creating tomorrow and beyond," he added.

Located in Flagship A of Iskandar Malaysia, the 612-acre EBP 1 is the developer's first business park.

The park also offers the EBP One-stop Business Solution which provides professional services to assist in setting up a business in Malaysia as well as business incubator facilities.

It was launched in 2014 and its units were first handed over this year.

Winners of the Malaysia Property Award will go on to compete at the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence.
