PETALING JAYA (Nov 27): Gamuda Land’s Madge Mansion has won the Residential (Mid-Rise) category of the Malaysia Property Award 2017 last weekend.

“We are honoured to receive this renowned award for Madge Mansions. As a ‘town-maker’, Gamuda Land creates places that people will call home, want to be a part of, grow up and grow old in. To receive this award is a testament that we have been doing things right to make Madge Mansions work,” said Gamuda Land executive director Datuk Abdul Sahak Safi.

The luxury development comprises 52 residential units with built-ups of 3,500 to 8,400 sq ft across three 10-storey blocks.

Each unit comes with at least two tandem parking bays and a garage storage facility.

Meanwhile, communal facilities at its central courtyard include an infinity salt-water swimming pool, gymnasium, barbeque area, children’s play room and playground, and a function hall.

The development, located at the embassy row of Kuala Lumpur, boasts an open-plan layout and high ceilings that invoke the spaciousness of a landed home, private dip pools or lanais in each unit, bespoke concierge services — a first for residential developments in Malaysia — and communal gathering spaces amid a green environment.

“A good community is one where people know one another, live and play together, look out for one another. The aspect of community living is uncommon in bungalow homes but at Madge Mansions, we create a vertical community where residents have a strong sense of belonging yet are able to retain their space and privacy at home,” Abdul Sahak said.

Madge Mansions is near Kuala Lumpur City Centre, the Golden Triangle, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Royal Selangor Golf Club, Prince Court Medical Centre and international schools.

The Malaysia Property Award 2017 is organised by Fiabci-Malaysia.
