LBS Bina to launch projects worth RM1.68bn in 1Q18

PETALING JAYA (Dec 11): Property developer LBS Bina Group Bhd will launch affordable to mid-market non-landed properties with a cumulative GDV of RM1.68 billion in the first quarter of next year, reported Bernama.

The projects will include two 1Malaysia Civil Servants Housing projects in Bukit Jalil and Alam Perdana, a Rumahku Selangorku venture in Bandar Saujana Putra 21 (BSP21), Dengkil, and Bukit Jalil Bintang Residence, said its managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San.

The group’s total landbank amounts to 1,551.97 ha and has an estimated GDV of RM29.28 billion, he said.
