OSK Property lines up three new launches for 2018

PETALING JAYA (Jan 11): OSK Property is targeting to launch three new projects this year – Ryan and Miho in Petaling Jaya, Iringan Bayu in Seremban and HIKA in Cheras, said the developer in a statement.

Ryan and Miho (GDV: RM756 million) is a residential development located in PJ Section 13 with a direct link-bridge to Jaya One and is expected to be launched in 1Q18.

Meanwhile, Iringan Bayu (GDV: RM3.6 billion) is a 770-acre township with a 22-acre lush green landscaped Verdant Central Park featuring natural and holistic living concept while HIKA (GDV: RM460 million) is a serviced apartment which is part of the final phase of You City @ Cheras linked to the Taman Suntex Mass Rapid Transit station.

Iringan Bayu's first launch will be the Pastura 2-storey terraced homes (GDV: RM205 million).

Pastura and HIKA are both targeted to launch on Jan 28 and 2Q18, respectively.

The announcement was made in a press release in conjunction with the launch of ‘20188 Zero Entry’ campaign by OSK Property which is aimed at enabling homebuyers and investors alike to own their dream property.
