SEMENYIH (Feb 28): S P Setia Bhd has officially unveiled its new sales gallery Setia EcoHill Welcome Centre at the township's new clubhouse called Club 360, today.
Situated at the highest point of Setia EcoHill in Semenyih, Club 360 also features a multipurpose hall and F&B components to serve residents. It was completed early this year.
The sales gallery showcases projects in Setia EcoHill and Setia EcoHill 2.
"We are proud and pleased that we are able to launch the sales gallery at Setia EcoHill Welcome Centre @ Club 360, which has a big space of 360,000 sq ft, making it one of the biggest clubhouses in the Klang Valley," Setia EcoHill general manager S M Koh said.
In conjunction with the launch, a lion dance performance and a Yee Sang tossing session was held at the sales gallery.
