KUALA LUMPUR (March 8): Platinum Victory Development Sdn Bhd’s PV18 Residence has registered a 50% take-up rate since its weekend launch held on March 3.

“We are confident that the project will be sold out in six months’ time. The slowdown in the market didn’t really affect us because our buyers know us very well.

“Our buyers are equally balanced between investors and owner-occupiers. We started our first project Pelangi Condominium in Sentul in 2002 and from there we gathered our loyal customers,” Platinum Victory director Gary Gan told EdgeProp.my.

With a GDV of RM590 million, PV18 Residence sits on a 5.56-acre leasehold plot and will house 852 condo units in two 40-storey blocks.

The units will have built-ups of between 1,021 sq ft and 1,219 sq ft with prices starting from RM473,000.

“PV18 Residence has a dual-key layout concept which fits very well with the current demand for additional privacy by owners and families, especially so when relatives or parents stay over for visits.

“On top of that, homeowners can look towards additional income by renting out the studio bedroom.

Platinum Victory has about RM2 billion worth of launches lined up for 2018, including Platinum OUG at Bukit OUG, PV9 Melati at Taman Melati and Platinum Arena at Old Klang Road.
