KUALA LUMPUR (Mar 21): Crest Builder Holdings Bhd rose 2.17% this morning after its wholly-owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd won an 18-month contract for construction works in Petaling Jaya worth RM117.8 million.
