KUALA LUMPUR (March 27): All Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA) homeowners and registrants are entitled to exclusive privileges and discounts from a wide range of participating merchants through the newly launched PR1MA HAVEN, a rewards and recognition programme.

In a statement, PR1MA chief executive officer Datuk Abdul Mutalib Alias said PR1MA HAVEN is another initiative to help reduce the impact of escalating costs of living among middle-income households, as they aspire for a better standard of living.

“As such, with PR1MA HAVEN, PR1MA homeowners and registrants can enjoy exclusive privileges from our merchants, to help them create their dream homes faster and at discounted rates,” he added.

PR1MA HAVEN is not only for PR1MA homebuyers, but also open to all PR1MA registrants.

The programme was launched earlier today by Minister in Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim, in conjunction with “Ekspo Jualan Perumahan — Ke Arah Sejuta Impian”, the largest nationwide housing expo hosted by PR1MA in collaboration with various federal and state housing agencies, including the Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government (KPKT), Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB); 1Malaysia Housing Projects for Civil Servants (PPA1M) as well as Federal Territories Affordable Housing (RUMAWIP).

Among the benefits offered by PR1MA’s partners and merchants are discounts on household appliances, furniture, kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, electrical appliances, beauty and health, as well as hotel and travel packages.

To-date, 27 merchants have partnered with PR1MA under the rewards and recognition programme, among which are KDK, Furdes Interiors, Rinnai, Khino, Fuzidream, Fella Design, Molek Deko, Pangkor Sandy Beach Record, Sharp, Gintell, and Index Livingmall.

To enjoy HAVEN benefits, users simply need to download the mobile application via App Store or Google Play and register.

Abdul Mutalib said the programme, which was introduced via the PR1MA HAVEN mobile app last month, has received "tremendous response", with over 52,000 downloads.

Those who are interested to learn more about the PR1MA HAVEN programme are also encouraged to visit PR1MA’s booth at the national edition of the “Ekspo Jualan Perumahan – Ke Arah Sejuta Impian”, which concludes on April 1. The expo showcases more than 600,000 homes for the Rakyat from both the medium (M40) and low (B40) income groups, the statement read. — theedgemarkets.com
