According to Ping Properties probationary estate agent Eric Mok, who concluded the deal, the tenant of the factory liked it for its big land size area compared with their previous factory.

“This gives their customers more space to park their cars,” said Mok, noting that the current tenant is a dealer for Honda Malaysia.

He also added that the average rental rate of a factory located in Seksyen 32 is RM1.30-RM1.80 psf, depending on the condition of the factory.

Seksyen 32, Shah Alam is easily accessible via highways such as Kemuning-Shah Alam highway and Shah Alam Expressway.

According to the data from, the average asking monthly rent is RM2.05 psf as of April 4.
