S P Setia launches ‘Ka Ki Lang’ Bonanza campaign in Penang

PETALING JAYA (May 18): Property developer S P Setia Bhd Group has launched the “Ka Ki Lang” Bonanza campaign which offers a variety of rewards for new Setia property owners who purchase units from now until the end of this year at the Setia Welcome Center (SPICE) in Penang today.

According to a press release, the group is holding the campaign to reward new purchasers, otherwise known as Citizen Setia, who bought the company’s properties that are currently available.

Perks for buyers include zero payment until delivery of vacant possession of the unit purchased, a RM30,000 rebate or the equivalent worth of electrical and furnishing vouchers, sinking fund contribution payments for a fixed period as well as loyal customer rebates.

In addition to that, new purchasers also stand a chance to win exclusive holidays through the Citizen Setia nationwide campaign, Jet Set With Setia 2.0 which offers three pairs of winners a holiday to remember every three months.

“The Citizen Setia platform will continue to offer bespoke lifestyle experiences and rewards for those who own a Setia property,” said S P Setia executive vice-president Datuk Koe Peng Kang who was present at the launch today.

Some of the Setia properties up for grabs during the campaign this year include the Setia V Residences at Gurney Drive, Setia Sky Vista in Relau, Setia Tri-Angle at Sungai Ara and Setia Sky Ville in Jelutong.
