Matrix Concepts donates another RM2m to Tabung Harapan Malaysia

PETALING JAYA (June 14): Negeri Sembilan-based developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has donated a further RM2 million to Tabung Harapan Malaysia, fulfilling its promise and bringing its total contribution to the fund to RM5 million.

The developer had first donated RM3 million to the fund last week, reported The Star.

Chairman Datuk Mohamad Haslah Mohamad Amin said the company had managed to raise the funds from its employees, contractors, suppliers and business associates within a fortnight.

He had handed over a cheque bearing the amount to Negeri Sembilan Chief Minister Aminuddin Harun at Wisma Negri in Seremban yesterday.

Also present was Touch Community Society chairman Dr Pushpa Devi Hukam Gopal Chand who handed over RM200 raised from a bake sale by the centre’s special needs children and young adults to Aminuddin.

He lauded Matrix Concepts and the Touch Community Society for their exemplary gesture.
