PETALING JAYA (June 30): The Selangor government has reshuffled four portfolios in its State Executive Council (Exco), including the one held by its Menteri Besar (MB) Amirudin Shari, reported Bernama.

The MB now holds the portfolio of chairman of the Permanent Committee on Finance, Land Development and Natural Resource Management, Young Generation Development and Sports, as well as Strategic Communications.

He previously was chairman of the Permanent Committee on Youth and Sports Culture, Entrepreneurial Development, Rural and Traditional Village Development.

The portfolio now goes to Rodziah Ismail who was sworn-in as Exco on June 19.

Meanwhile, Prof Dr Shaharuddin Badaruddin holds the portfolio as Chairman if the Permanent Committee on Islamic Affairs, Education and Human Resource Development while Hee Loy Sian holds the portfolio of Chairman of the Permanent Committee on Environment, Green Technology and Consumer Affairs, Science, Technology and Innovation.
