KUALA LUMPUR (July 26): The neighbourhood shopping mall which situated at the Quarza@Melawati integrated development in KL East will open its doors to the public by the end of next year, according to Sime Darby Property (Integrated) COO Quek Cham Hong.

He said the shopping mall, which will have an estimated net lettable area of 360,000 sq ft, will be targeting middle- to high-income shoppers.

“This will be a lifestyle neighbourhood mall which will serve the daily needs of nearby communities as well as fulfil their needs for lifestyle offerings such as various F&B choices,” he explained.

However, the company has yet to decide a name for this upcoming shopping mall, he said at an event celebrating Melawati Mall's first birthday today.
