Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 1): Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (pictured) clocked out of Khazanah Nasional Bhd for the very last time yesterday after 14 years of service as the managing director  (MD)  of the strategic investment fund.

CIMB Group Holdings Bhd chairman Datuk Seri Nazir Razak posted a picture of Azman being flanked by Khazanah staff, all of them holding their mobile phones to capture a picture of Azman before his final exit from the building.

“Final exit. TS Azman leaves Khazanah’s office for the last time. Emotional scenes, reflecting how much staff adore and respect him. Great professional and wonderful person. Wishing him all the very best for the future,” Nazir said in an Instagram post.

Azman, 57, was appointed Khazanah’s MD on June 1, 2004 .
