SUBANG JAYA (August 21): In a 5km chase, the Fire and Rescue Department pursued a bull that attempted to swerve and dodge, feinting onto a Subang Jaya exit, before crossing to the opposite side and returning to the highway.

Traffic along the Federal Highway from Shah Alam to Subang Jaya slowed to a crawl, reports MalaysiaKini

The fire and rescue officers caught up to the bull at a petrol station opposite the Empire Shopping Gallery.

The news portal reports that the department were alerted to the runaway bull who had been sighted running loose in a factory in Section 15, Shah Alam, at about 1.30pm.

Fire and Rescue Department officer Haizad Morhabas led a team of eight to the location, but the bull escaped from the initial area and onto the highway upon the arrival of their truck.

Haizad said the owner of the bull has not been identified, and the owner is encouraged to contact the Shah Alam Fire and Rescue station at 03-5519 4444.
