KUALA LUMPUR (October 8): In the spirit of ‘harvest festival’, property developer Cicet Asia Development Sdn Bhd celebrated the arrival of the Mid-Autumn Festival last week with a community-engaging event at the Greenfield Residence Sales gallery, a resort style development located in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya.

Its project director Tan Swee Ee said the event was warmly welcomed by the community and expressed the hope that it will help to inculcate a sense of appreciation for Malaysia’s rich cultural diversity. He said the event is a good time to bring the communities and families together in the spirit of fun and good neighbourliness.

The event was inaugurated with a spectacular opening performance of 24 drums to ring in a good year. The visitors then had the opportunity to see Vivi and Yuan Yuan ‘live’ in action, while the hosts of popular financial talk show Money Money Home offered advice on different investments including property investment.

The event was also livened up by fun-filled activities like lantern painting, dough doll making, mooncake making, and a lucky draw. Another crowd puller was the special performance by Malaysia’s very own Mr Bean impersonator, who had everyone of all ages laughing and entertained by his antics on stage.
Greenfield Residence is an inaugural project under Cicet Asia. Located in Sunway Mentari, off Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong, this project was built in accordance with the Green Building Index (GBI). It has 816 residential suites in three towers, with a 50m infinity pool, sunken sundeck, hot tub, a jogging trail that encircles a 0.8ha recreational podium, and a floating gym. The built-up areas of the suites are 581 sq ft to 1,302 sq ft and are priced from RM430,000 onwards.
