Residensi Astrea Mont’Kiara gets overwhelming response

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 17): UEM Sunrise Bhd has recorded more than 50% of total bookings for its low-density condominium comprising 240 units, the Residensi Astrea Mont’Kiara, which was launched today.

UEM Sunrise’s director for Central 2, Liong Kok Kit said the 37-floor condominium offered six different built-up sizes, ranging from 1,364 sq ft to 1,859 sq ft. with the price of RM1.2 million onwards.

Situated on 2.4 acres of land with a GDV of RM323 million, the freehold residential development is targeted to be completed in the first quarter of 2023.
