SEREMBAN (Nov 14): All 342 single-storey terraced houses in the latest phase of OSK Property’s Iringan Bayu township development in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, were taken up in a few hours of the official launch last Sunday.

The launch on Nov 11 attracted more than 400 people with the queue starting as early as 6.30am, Homebuyers were able to secure their preferred units through a balloting exercise during the launch.

OSK Property said in a press release today that each unit in the phase — dubbed Astera — comes with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Unit built-ups range from 1,090 sq ft to 1,327 sq ft with high ceilings.

Astera was priced at RM301,320 onwards with a low down payment plan.

The developer added that the single-storey collection will be within a guarded neighbourhood and will have perimeter fencing, complementing the ‘Bandar Selamat’ design principle of the township.

It is strategically connected to major highways including LEKAS Highway (Kajang-Seremban highway), Elite Highway (North-South Expressway Central Link) and North-South Expressway (PLUS).
