Ecobuilt bags RM203m project

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 4): Ecobuilt Holdings Bhd (formerly known as M-Mode Bhd) has bagged a RM202.47 million contract to build two affordable apartment blocks housing 1,320 units, in Kampung Muhibbah, Bukit OUG here.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing yesterday, Ecobuilt said its subsidiary E&J Builders Sdn Bhd has accepted the letter of acceptance from Vistarena Development Sdn Bhd for E&J’s appointment as the project’s main contractor. The project is expected to be completed by July 3, 2021.

The project is expected to contribute to the earnings and net assets of the group for the financial year ending May 31, 2019.
