DENGKIL (April 10): LBS Bina Group Bhd has launched its latest township development, Kita @ Cybersouth here yesterday.

The 633-acre township on Malay Reserve land had seen its first and second phases comprising   1,077 units of double-storey terraced houses and townhouses snapped up during a soft launch last November.

The success of the earlier phases prompted the launch of a new phase dubbed Kita Harmoni, which comprises 674 units of 20ft by 65ft double-storey terraced houses priced from RM560,000.

LBS believes Kita Harmony homes, which are affordably priced with good connectivity and a sustainable living environment that promotes family togetherness, will receive a similar enthusiastic response from the market.

Next up will be a serviced apartment project called Kita Impian. It will offer 964 units priced from RM250,000 with built-ups of 551 sq ft and 901 sq ft.

“This latest township project with its affordably priced homes meets the rising affordable housing demand as well as supports the Government’s agenda of housing the nation,” said LBS group managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San at the launch event.

He believes the strategy to actively offer quality products that meet market demand will contribute to the group’s growth momentum towards achieving its targeted RM1.5 billion 2019 sales revenue.

“We have witnessed rapid development in Dengkil as the area has benefited from the socio-economic growth in the southern Klang Valley corridor. As the Klang Valley continues to develop towards the south, Dengkil will be the next property hot spot. The houses in Kita @ Cybersouth are a great investment opportunity,” Lim said.

Kita @ Cybersouth is easily accessible via major highways including the Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway via the Elite Highway, Maju Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), North-South Expressway (NKVE), Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and Jalan Dengkil-Banting.

Amenities nearby include schools as well as local and international higher education institutions, such as Sekolah Kebangsaan Dengkil, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Cyberjaya, Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, Limkokwing University, and Xiamen University.
