SUNGAI BULOH (April 23): Gamuda Gardens celebrated the grand opening of its new 18,000 sq ft experience gallery last weekend with a star-studded concert by several Astro artistes and local born Taiwan based singer-songwriter Gary Chaw .

Held at the township’s 50-acre central park. The event saw a 4,500-strong crowd treated to a colourful fireworks display after the concert to cap off the night.

Dubbed “in a garden where happiness lives”, Gamuda Gardens features five cascading lakes that are integrated into the central park with two waterfalls.

“What makes us different is our approach to master-planning. We mindfully think through the architecture, where the parks sit within the masterplan, how the streets are laid out to provide good accessibility and connectivity for the community, and how the 50-acre central park with its two waterfalls and five cascading lakes anchor the entire township down to the selection of trees and plants that are native to the area so that biodiversity can thrive in this healthy ecosystem,” said general manager of Gamuda Gardens Lam Sew Chee at the officiating ceremony of Gamuda Gardens Experience Gallery.

“When all of these elements come together, Gamuda Gardens takes on its own personality and that is what differentiates the township from the rest,” added Lam.

“As a responsible developer, we are also investing upfront in infrastructure and amenities before we handover our first phase of property to our new community here at Gamuda Gardens. The key thing for any good township is accessibility which we had completed and opened the Kuang Elevated Interchange System that provides direct access from the North- South Expressway (NSE) right into Gamuda Gardens.

“We are also completing our central park, the waterfalls, the lakes and the landscaping at Gamuda Gardens,” said Lam.

Another component that Gamuda Gardens will have ready for the residents when they move in is the Waterfront Village that is connected to the new experience gallery. The Waterfront Village, spanning 150,000 sq ft will house amenities such as a grocer, convenience shops, F&B outlets, sports and clubhouse facilities.

Meanwhile, guests at the event were also given a preview of Jovita linked semi-dees which will be officially launched next month.
