IJM Land launches Rimbun Alam @ Seremban 2 Heights

NEGERI SEMBILAN (May 17): IJM Land has launched a new phase of homes called the Rimbun Alam @ Seremban 2 Heights, a low density development featuring 102 units of 2-storey link homes.

Boasting a vast living space of 2,255 sq ft per unit, the homes comprise 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with fully extended build ups.

IJM Land senior general manager (central region) Datuk Hoo Kim See said all the homes are equipped with a digital lock, a groove-lined staircase, porcelain tiles, powder-0coated frames and a master bath shower screen.

The guarded community covers 17 acres of freehold land, allowing for a low density lifestyle with only six homes per acre with close to two acres of lush greenery.  A 20ft-wide back lane will also provided.

“We have been in the property industry for years now and we understand how people crave more quality, undisturbed time with their family members. This serves as the perfect solution – to move away from the noise and live in complete serenity,” said Hoo.

The selling price of Rimbun Alam starts from RM527,624 per unit.

Rimbun Alam offers convenient access to the North-South Highway, while homeowners will also be able to commute to key locations such as KLCC, KLIA, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya within a 30 to 45 minute drive from Seremban 2.

Seremban 2 is an integrated township sitting on a 3,800-acre freehold land. The self-contained township houses 30 residential communities, seven public schools and an international school, two recreational parks (15-acre City Lake Park & 30-acre Hill Park), a 34-acre Sports Complex, several shopping malls and commercial business parks.

With 70% of the development completed, Seremban 2 is now home to over 62,000 residents, living in homes ranging from affordable apartments to luxury gated bungalows.
