EdgeProp.my’s transaction data showed that 100 units of terraced houses in this township were sold in 2018 at an average price of RM395,660 or RM256 psf based on land area size.

In 2017, there were 119 transactions with an average selling price of RM341,739 or RM228 psf.

Based on 21 property sales listings in EdgeProp.my (as at May 2019), the asking price for a similar unit in Taman Pulai Indah is around RM436,286 or RM264 psf.
