LFE Corp wins RM19m structural works contract

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 10): LFE Corp Bhd has won a RM19.1 million contract to undertake structural works for the carpark and podium of a service apartment in Damansara.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, LFE said its wholly-owned subsidiary LFE Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted the letter of award from Shiangly Athens Park Sdn Bhd.

LFE said the nine-month contract is estimated to be completed by June 15, 2020.

Today’s announcement follows last week’s announcement from the group that it has secured four contracts with combined value of RM34.5 million to provide electrical, fire protection and hydraulic services for the apartment project in Damansara.

LFE’s share price fell two sen or 8.33% to 22 sen today, giving the group a market capitalization of RM45 million.
