Seberang Prai City Council organising landmark entrance design competition

SEBERANG PRAI (Dec 11): For all you talented Seberang Prai residents out there -- the city council here (MBSP) is organising a landmark entrance design competition, The Star reported today.

It reported that “the provision of the landmark” includes a welcome sign with the words Selamat Datang ke Seberang Perai.

The top prize is RM1,000 cash, while the second and third prize winners will walk away with RM700 and RM400 respectively.

There will also be seven consolation prize winners who will receive RM100 each.

All winners will also receive certificates while the rest will receive certificates of participation.

Please note that the competition is only open to Seberang Prai residents aged 18 and above, and limited to the first 100 participants. Each participant can submit just one design.

Entry forms can be obtained at the MBSP landscape department in Jalan Kampung Jawa, Butterworth, or downloaded from here.

The closing date for the submission of entries is Dec 31.
