KUALA LUMPUR (March 2): Khazanah Nasional Bhd said health authorities has notified that one of the Malaysia sovereign wealth fund's employees has been diagnosed with COVID-19 and is now under the care of a government hospital.

In a statement yesterday evening, Khazanah said it is working closely with the health authorities and  management of its office premises in undertaking necessary measures and precautions to ensure the health and safety of all its employees and those around them.

"This includes supporting the health authorities in identifying individuals who have come into close contact with the affected employee.

"We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused in the course of undertaking these measures and precautions. Khazanah continues to operate, with minimal disruptions," it said.
