KUALA LUMPUR (March 26): Another death from COVID-19 was reported to the Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) today, bringing the tally to 21, said health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

In his Facebook posting he said the 63-year-old-man passed away at 4am today.

He said the deceased, who was suffering from chronic illness, was a tabligh participant at the Masjid Jamek Seri Petaling gathering.

“He was admitted to Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, Alor Setar on March 23, and his health declined while receiving treatment,” said the director-general.
