Elmina Green Three homes open for preview

PETALING JAYA (June 5): Sime Darby Property is introducing homes that are more spacious in Elmina Green Three, the latest phase of two-storey link homes in the City of Elmina township in Selangor.

Sime Darby Property Chief Operating Officer for Township Development Dato’ Wan Hashimi Albakri said in a statement today that Elmina Green Three embodies the improved version of Elmina Green 1.

The new phase comprises 412 freehold units of 20 ft by 80 ft with built-up areas from 2,262 sq ft to 2,983 sq ft. The first 218 units will be open for preview and available for pre-launch sale tomorrow (June 6). Prices start from RM709,999 after rebates and before Bumiputra discount.

The homes were designed to be more spacious with the open plan layout integrating both living and dining areas for more space and functionality. The ground floor has a Granny Suite with ample room to fit a king-sized bed and a walk-in wardrobe. All homes come with four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

“We looked at the success of Elmina Green 1, which achieved 100% take-up, and reflected on how best we can build a new phase of homes that are bigger, bolder and better, to meet the needs of multi-generational families and those seeking an upgrade,” he said.

“The improvements made include designing the homes to be 10 feet longer than usual to provide more space and equip them with signature fittings for a hassle-free move for potential homebuyers.

“That, coupled with rich greenery and amenities around the township, provides potential homeowners what they need to lead a comfortable lifestyle in our township dedicated to wellness,” he added.

The homes are situated next to a 2,700-acre forest reserve, the 21-acre of Sakura Lake, the eight-acre Infinity Lake and the 4-acre recreational park. Residents also get to use the 90km jogging and cycling track.

The project is connected to the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, Federal Highway, LATAR Expressway, and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE).  The Damansara-Shah Alam Highway (DASH) which is currently under construction is expected to further enchance the connectivity and accessibility of the township.
