PETALING JAYA (July 24): Solaris Parq integrated development is set to continue creating vibrancy to the Dutamas area upon its completion in 2025 with a line-up of exciting offerings, including the first cinema in the vicinity.
UEM Sunrise COO (Central) Liong Kok Kit said the cinema element in the development will complete the redefinition of experiential retail and contemporary living at its finest, with the aid of technological advances including app-based conveniences, such as directory, payment, delivery and wayfinding within the mall itself.
Spread to two development phases, the first phase of Solaris Parq dubbed Residensi Solaris Parq comprises two serviced residences towers, while the Phase 2 would include commercial and retail spaces, as well as a two-acre park.
There are 288 units each per tower in Residensi Solaris Parq, with four layouts to choose from. The built-up sizes will range from 721 sq ft to 1,423 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM873,800.
“To date, the take-up rate of Residensi Solaris Parq is 95%. We still have choice units up for grabs for a limited time only, so we hope that everyone will take advantage of this exciting opportunity,” said Liong, adding that the development was first introduced in October 2017.
Behind the Residensi Solaris Parq concept and design is the renowned GDP Architects – whose approach is to incorporate a collective effort in architectural styling.
Residensi Solaris Parq also features more than 30 remarkable facilities, such as grand lobby, multipurpose hall, badminton court, tennis court, function room, private dining room, pre-function area, games room, prayer room, lounge, mini theatre, Jacuzzi, 50m lap pool, pool deck, aqua lounge, sun deck, party deck, grill terrace, hammock grove, reflexology path and children’s playground.
The development will have a four-tier security system.
“The project boasts high connectivity to various iconic Kuala Lumpur landmarks and amenities in the area. Most notably, Publika will be directly linked to the future retail area of Solaris Parq via a covered linked bridge,” Liong concluded.
Meanwhile, UEM Sunrise is launching “The Happy Chase” campaign in conjunction with the reintroduction of Home Ownership Campaign by the government.
The campaign will kick off with a Cuti-Cuti Malaysia holiday package to the best of local destinations with 3 days 2 nights stay.
For the purchasers of UEM Sunrise’s project, they will get a chance to participate in the monthly lucky draw with prizes including 4 and 5-star hotel stay in Malaysia.
