OSK Property to launch new phase of Iringan Bayu this weekend

PETALING JAYA (Aug 7): OSK Property will be launching Desira terraced house development in Iringan Bayu township, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, tomorrow.

The low density freehold landed property development comprises 219-unit single-storey terraced houses. Built-ups of the units range from 1,098 sq ft to 1,333 sq ft.

In the press statement today, OSK Property CEO Ong Ghee Bin said there will be a private linear garden within a guarded neighbourhood. 

The township also offers a safety green buffer walkway, designated bicycle tracks and driveways including access from different phases of the township to the new 22-acre Wetland Park.

“Envisioned to meet the lifestyle needs of urban families, Iringan Bayu focusses on providing quality living within a robust and lively township that promotes neighbourliness and harmonious living within the community,” he added.

Meanwhile, Ong noted that OSK Property will be launching the 22-acre Wetland Park in Iringan Bayu by end of the year.

“The Wetland Park will be a key attraction consisting of thematic zones such as Bay of Sight, Bay of Sound and Bay of Touch for unique and educational experiences for young and old,” he said.
