PRG partners Maybank Islamic to offers HouzKEY financing solution

PETALING JAYA (Aug 11): PRG Holdings Bhd partnered with Maybank Islamic to offer HouzKEY for its development called Embayu @ Damansara West with 100% financing at the lowest rate for the first five years.

In a press statement today, PRG said HouzKEY is a new home financing solution offered by Malaysia Islamic to assist Malaysian first and second home buyers to purchase a home. PRG is one of the developers that partnered with the bank for the offer.  

Under this HouzKEY homeownership solution, potential buyers of Embayu @ Damansara West will only need to pay three months' refundable deposit upfront and no other payments until the completion of the property.

Located in Shah Alam, the 6.5-acre Embayu @ Damansara West development offers 650 residential units with built-up size of at least 1,000 sq ft.

Embayu is connected to major highways such as DASH, GCE Guthrie Highway, NKVE and Federal Highway. Besides being near to Kota Damansara and Ara Damansara, Embayu is also close to Shah Alam, DASH’s Subang 2 interchange, Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport at Subang, and it is surrounded by mature amenities such as universities, hypermarket, shopping mall and medical center.
