Good response for Sime Darby Property's Lumira 2 linked homes

PETALING JAYA (Aug 13): Sime Darby Property’s latest project, Lumira 2, in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, has received good response from buyers, with 70% of the units being taken up.

The 4,333-acre Bandar Bukit Raja is Sime Darby Property’s largest planned township in Klang. The freehold Lumira 2 offers 232-unit Gable-style homes have built-up areas from 1,903 sq ft and come with four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The selling price starts from RM732,888.

Facilities within Lumira 2 include community park, playground, multi-purpose court, bicycle and jogging tracks, open lawn, fitness station, reflexology path and gazebo.

In a press statement today, Sime Darby Property group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican said potential homebuyers are making smart moves by purchasing homes during a period that allows them to enjoy maximum savings, thanks to the attractive offers from Sime Darby Property as well as the government.

“We are always striving to help homebuyers make the ultimate investment especially during these tough financial times.

“Understanding their need for freehold landed homes, we have included these products, as well as other investable properties, in our ongoing Spotlight 8 campaign,” Azmir said.
