PETALING JAYA (Aug 20): S P Setia’s recently launched Oliveria phase 2B in Setia Safiro has seen 50% out of the 82 units being taken up by buyers after it was launched on July 25, 2020.

In a press statement today, the company said Oliveria is the last phase of double-storey link house development in Setia Safiro. The Spanish-themed houses come with a land size of 20 ft by 70 ft and a built-up size ranging from 1,960 to 2,020 sq ft.

S P Setia divisional general manager Goh Tzen Sernz said the good take-up rate showed that there is still a strong demand for homes that are created based on unique concepts and designs. 

“Oliveria’s Phase 2B carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM79 million. With the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2020 incentives being offered currently, Oliveria homes are now available within the affordable price range,” Goh added.

Located in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Setia Safiro infuses Spanish exuberance seamlessly with the brilliance of a sapphire stone to bring Oliveria to life. 

The landscape of Setia Safiro is designed to offer residents a hillside lifestyle through the abundance of green space, a 738m water cascading pond as well as a 4.8-acre park at the highest point of the township.
