PETALING JAYA (Aug 25): Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Motors, announced today that it has commenced a tender exercise for the sale of its 10.13-acre freehold vacant development land in Kota Bayuemas, Klang Bandar Diraja, Selangor. The tender exercise begins on Aug 21 and ends on Oct 9 this year.

According to SDAC, Jones Lang Wootton has been appointed to manage the sale by open tender and has prepared a detailed information memorandum for distribution on the exercise. The offer is for all potential purchasers and is open for registration.

The parcel of land is surrounded by amenities such as the Bayuemas Indoor Bowls Stadium, the Bayuemas Oval Cricket Stadium, schools, a mosque and shopping facilities. It is directly accessible via the Lebuhraya Shah Alam (KESAS Highway) exit and is strategically located eight minutes away from Bandar Bukit Tinggi, and about 10 minutes away from the Klang town city centre.

Townships located nearby include Bandar Botanic, Ambang Botanic, Bandar Bukit Tinggi and Kota Pendamar. Other housing developments in the vicinity include Bandar Parklands, Bandar Bukit Tinggi, D’Laman and Gravit8.

Notable landmarks in the vicinity include AEON Bukit Tinggi, GM Klang, Tesco Extra and Giant Hypermarket. For future connectivity, the Johan Setia LRT station that is located nearby is expected to be completed and to be in operation by 2024.

The offer is open to all potential purchasers, who are invited to register their expressions of interest and obtain the detailed information memorandum from Jones Lang Wootton.
