IJM Land sets to launch parcel 3 of Starling in Bandar Rimbayu

PETALING JAYA (Sept 14): Following encouraging responses for its first two parcels, IJM Land will be unveiling the parcel 3 landed residential development in its Bandar Rimbayu township, Selangor, in mid-September this year.

Starling Parcel 3 is the third parcel of the 56.68-acre Starling residential development consisting of 680 home units including an array of green areas, infrastructures and communal space with a GDV of RM500 million. 

The parcel 3 development comprises 224 leasehold double-storey link houses with land area measuring 20 ft by 60 ft, comes with two layout designs with built-up choices of 1,694 sq ft and 1,769 sq ft, priced from RM698,800.

Located adjacent to Kota Kemuning, the 1,879-acre Bandar Rimbayu has seen units in parcel 1 of Starling have been taken up with a day in mid-June, while Starling parcel 2 was fully booked with half a day in early August this year.

There are various facilities and amenities within the guarded neighborhood such as multipurpose court, cloud pavilion, amphitheatre, central lawn, feature shelter, plaza, playground and par course. 

In a press statement today, Bandar Rimbayu senior general manager Chai Kian Soon said Starling Parcel 3 home units are built to accommodate first-time homebuyers, especially ones who are eager to start a family. The availability of different sizes also makes Starling a great choice for growing families.

“We expected Starling to be well received, but to be greeted with such an overwhelming positive response from homebuyers surprised us considering the recent situation,” he added.
