SkyWorld to launch SkyAwani 5 next weekend

 

PETALING JAYA (Sept 15): SkyWorld Development Group will be unveiling SkyAwani 5 located in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur in Sept 27, 2020, targeting first time homebuyers.

Built on a 2.06-acre plot, the project will be offering 615 condo units, housed in a 38-storey block, that encase 3+1 bedrooms and two bathrooms within an 800sq ft unit.

In its media statement today, SkyWorld said this is also its fifth instalment of the company’s affordable “SkyAwani” series.

SkyWorld chief operating officer Lee Chee Seng said SkyAwani 5 offer value-added affordable homes that are easy to access, supported by a network of public transportation options, developed within mature neighbourhoods that are located close to the city centre.

“These quality homes that will be accredited by QLASSIC score also come with an extensive range of condo facilities for residents to enjoy,” he said in the media statement.

The development also offers various facilities to the residents including a half basketball court, infinity pool, lounge garden, sun deck, outdoor event lawn, gym and even an outdoor fitness zone all encased within a safe and secure enclave.
