JOHOR BAHRU (Oct 5): Property developer UEM Sunrise Bhd and Marina developer and operator SUTL Enterprise Limited have unveiled the ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre in Iskandar Puteri residential today.

In a media statement today, UEM Sunrise managing director and CEO Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib said the joint venture development of the sports centre could create vibrancy to Iskandar Puteri and to breathe life into the world class development in the southern region.

“With ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre to add prestige and unique value to our Puteri Harbour expansion plans, this will also contribute to making Iskandar Puteri a truly sustainable community,” he added.

The ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre is a joint venture development by SUTL Enterprise and UEM Land Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Berhad.

The 13,000 sqm integrated sports complex features five indoor/outdoor tennis courts, five badminton courts and two squash courts, a 50-metre Olympic-sized pool compliant with FINA standards, spinning studios, a pool café, a martial arts studio and a rock-climbing wall.

SUTL who is also the owner of the premier ONE°15 marina brand intends to leverage these state-of-the-art facilities as a platform to promote active lifestyle programmes.

SUTL Enterprise executive director and CEO Arthur Tay said that the launch of ONE°15 Estuari Sports Centre is a milestone that is in line with the Group’s vision to create a lifestyle sporting hub and enhance vibrancy and energy in the community.
