Covid-19: Zulkifli Mohamad tested positive
PUTRAJAYA (Oct 5): Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Dr Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri has tested positive for Covid-19, according to his Facebook posting today.
“To all Malaysians, I am now undergoing treatment because it is confirmed positive COVID-19 by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Alhamdulillah, until now my health condition is good," said Zulkifli Mohamad.
He also urged the public who had attended a ceremony involving his presence from Sept 24 to Oct 4 to undergo Covid-19 screening checks at any immediate health clinic.

Zulkifli Mohamad is the second cabinet minister tested positive for Covid-19. Earlier on Oct 3, 2020, Environment and Water Deputy Minister Datuk Dr Ahmad Masrizal Mohamad has been admitted to the Sungai Buloh Hospital after tested positive for Covid-19.
